镀锌钢管,执行标准为《低压流体输送用焊接钢管》GB/T3091,是一种表面着有镀锌层的有缝管,常用的钢牌号有Q235A、Q235B、Q215A、Q215B,主要使用于城镇燃气低压室内管道,包括外立面的架空管道、立管及户内的表前表后管,连接方式主要为丝接,也可焊接。根据镀锌的方式不同,可分为热浸镀锌及冷镀锌(电镀)两种,由于钢管表面具有一层镀锌层,因此它具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。目前市面上生产的镀锌钢管大都均是热浸镀锌管,由于环保要求,冷镀锌管已被禁用。

公称直径的定义,主要是方便使用过程的统一,人为地规定的一个名义尺寸,它既不是钢管的外径,也不是内径,但通常情况下,它的数值近似于钢管内径。公称直径的表示方法主要有DN与NPS两种,其中DN表示的数字单位为mm,NPS表示的数字单位为in(英寸)。如DN50表示公称直径为DN50的钢管

焊接钢管,与前面提到的镀锌钢管为同类管材,区别在于无镀锌层,执行标准为《低压流体输送用焊接钢管》GB/T3091,俗称黑铁管,代表的钢牌号有Q235A、Q235B,主要使用于城镇燃气中低压埋地及架空系统,连接方式主要为丝接、焊接、法兰连接。除此之外,地下次高压B级系统也可采用Q235B级焊接钢管。根据制管焊缝的不同,可分为直缝管、螺旋缝管。在城镇燃气输配系统中,一般大管径采用螺旋缝管,小管径采用直缝管。


作为一种性能优良的管材,钢管在城镇燃气输配系统中使用范围十分广泛。从敷设方式来看,钢管既能够适用于埋地,也能适用于架空;从压力级制来看,钢管不仅在中低压输配系统中“游刃有余”,在更高的压力级制中,诸如次高压、高压、长输等,钢管也是管材选用中的不二之选。


从上表可以看出,针对同一公称直径,除DN250外,两种系列管的外径均有所差异,在选用管件、法兰等附件时,应注意与钢管系列保持一致。不过,针对如DN80、DN200管,I系列、II系列外径相差无几,可相互焊接,但针对其他口径,相差较大时,应注意区分,特别是在法兰的选用上,一定要选择与配管相同规格的法兰型号。


一般地,在城镇燃气输配系统中,针对中低压燃气钢管壁厚的选用来讲,均按照相关的经验值结合规范要求进行选取,可不进行计算。如依照现行《城镇燃气设计规范》GB50028中10.2.4条第2点的要求:选用焊接钢管时,低压宜采用普通管,中压应采用加厚管;选用无缝钢管时,壁厚不应小于3mm,用于引入管时,不小于3.5mm;在避雷保护以外的无缝(焊接)管道,壁厚均不低于4mm。而针对次高压及以上输配系统,在选用壁厚时,则应先按照相关计算公式进行壁厚计算,再根据钢管标准规格将计算后的壁厚值向上选取钢管的公称壁厚。

无缝钢管,执行标准为《输送流体用无缝钢管》GB/T8163,它是一种表面没有任何焊缝、具有中空截面的管材,代表的钢牌号为10#、20#、35#、16Mn等,它被广泛运用于城镇燃气高中低压输配系统中的埋地及架空系统,使用范围较前两种管材更加广泛,主要连接方式为焊接、法兰连接,由于无缝钢管钢级较高,攻丝较为困难,且丝口密封不严实,一般不丝接。值得注意的是,在一些特殊的环境或用气场所,诸如随桥敷设、地下室(半地下室)、地上密闭空间,无缝钢管也是唯一具备使用要求的管材。

钢管的壁厚一定程度上衡量了管材的抗压性能。在英制管的壁厚表示中,Sch.No.具有一定的代表性,它代表了管道壁厚的系列号,它的数值是管道的设计压力与设计温度下材料的许用应力的比值再乘以1000,并经圆整后的数值。值得注意的是,Sch.并不代表管子的壁厚,而是壁厚系列。如针对Sch.40系列,公称直径DN25所对应的壁厚值为3.2mm,而DN50所对应的壁厚值则为4.0mm,具体的数值可查阅相关资料进行获取。此外,公制管的壁厚表示一般直接采用数值,壁厚一般间隔0.5mm(10mm以上间隔1mm),如3.0mm、3.5mm、4.0mm、10mm、11mm等,针对不同类型的钢管,均有规定的壁厚选用数值。

除上述外,更多口径的钢管外径,可翻阅上述规范进行查找。值得注意的是,在城镇燃气输配系统中,在使用螺纹连接或螺纹阀门的场合下,由于加工螺纹所用的管道尺寸一般为I系列钢管,因此,为了保证工程质量,凡是涉及该类项目时,建议采用I系列钢管。此外,由于各类规范所规定的同一公称直径的管道外径在数值上有稍微偏差,如GB/T17395中,DN40中I系列外径选用数值为D48(48.3),在选用中,应结合各类管材所适用的规范,分别进行查找并选用。
